I was rear ended in a car accident when i was at a complete stop. I suffered a herniated disc which still gives me pain. I have had trouble walking for long periods of time and when i stand up from sitting for to long. I underwent physical therapy with a chiropractor for about 6 months and then i began epidural injections.
