My daughter was a passenger.The driver was 16 , unliscensed,speeding,and no auto insurance.She hit a parked car.As a result, my daughter received a radial fracture on her right elbow which required surgery and current PT.Although the car she was in was at fault, is there any kind of compensation available to my daughter?She was the only one injured
