I suffered my personal injuries when I was driving at 15-20mph and a woman pulled out of a driveway and hit the back of my car where my 18month old son was sitting.

The police came the woman got two tickets and 100% at fault. My son and I ended up going to the hospital for neck pain. My son's CAT scan was fine:)

I had a CAT scan that stated I had a 5mm brain hemorrhage and I was told there was a room waiting at ICU. I had a concussion and whiplash. Today (4months later) it has absorbed. I have been released from the neuro Doctor. I have severe headaches, cortisone shots in neck, see a chiropractor 3times a week.

I just found out I have a pinched nerve in my neck and need to see a neurosurgeon. This is all due to the car accident and documented so.
