Personal Injury Settlements - HEAD TRAUMA from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)

My insurance company denied my personal injury settlement claim and awarded me 15% for whiplash and back injury.

I was rear ended 20 years ago. Since then I have been suffering from constant head pains, dizziness and insomnia. The insurance company claimed that my head pains, etc, were a result of the neck strain.

Recently, the pains got so severe that I had to see a neurologist. I told him that I would like to have a MRI/SPECT SCAN done. He sent me to a nearby hospital where I had it done. Two weeks later, the result came in and it showed that there are small, asymmetrical perfusion defects along the inferior aspect of the frontal lobes bilaterally, which was suggestive of prior trauma.

So now I have submitted a new and revised auto insurance claim.
