Personal Injury Settlement Amount Stories - Broken arm, broken foot, whiplash

My wife is laid up in a hospital bed recovering from surgery after suffering personal injuries in a car accident.

A driver drove into me head on, she admittedly came into my lane. I was sent spinning into the other lane and the impact caused my car to roll. My arm was broke so bad in 2 different places that they had to put 2 metal plates in. The surgeon said it could take 3 to five months to heal. Then theres the broken foot, the whiplash, and my daughters car is totaled. The rules my employer has in place is that I cant return to work until I can do my position with no restrictions. So potentially months with no income. I have 4 children.
