Personal Injury - Dislocated shoulder, Hip Labral tear

I suffered my personal injuries when I was driving through the park on lunch break with my girlfriend. The other driver crossed over into our lane an hit us head on. I was the passenger and I dislocated my right shoulder. An MRI later showed that I tore my labrum. The tear was repaired surgically and I have not been to work for the last 7 months. I can also no longer reach behind my back.
