PERSONAL INJURY, BULGING DISK, PINCHING NERVE AND FRACTURED WRIST

I was driving down a residential road with speed bump and speed limit of 25 mph. A 23 year old male crossed in my lane and hit me head on. I was out of work for 13 weeks and had to have 2 sets of epidural injections.

The guy who hit me told the police he was on the phone and was reaching in the floor board to pick a book that had fallen. The police said he was going approximately 45 mph in a 25 mph zone, and hit me maybe 5 feet from the speed bump. Both my airbags deployed and my car was totaled.
