Head/Face Personal injury Insurance Claim

I was in a car accident accident that wasn't my fault. I eneded up smashing the front of my car which made me hit my head on the steering wheel at 40 mph. As a result, all of the fluid fell from my head into my eye.

It was my first week at a new job, so I only missed 3 days of work. I have constant headaches from looking at a computer screen for hours at a time. or maybe they're just from being awake in general.

I have no idea what to do about the pain and suffering claim I've filed or how much money I should expect or request.
