Hard Personal Injury, Ruptured and Torn Ankle Ligaments, and Developed into a Bone Disease

I suffered my personal injuries when I fell at work on ice. This left me with ruptured and torn ankle ligaments. Over the last year and half my foot injury has gotten worse and developed a bone disease called Osteochondritis dissicans talus.

They can try to do different surgeries but ultimately, in approximately 10 years I will need a ankle replacement or fusion!

My question is how much should I sue this billion dollar company, that would be reasonable to them and myself. My whole life has changed and I can no longer continue in my career which I have built for 8 years. I'm 27 years old and I can't wear heels again! I'm devastated and I want them to pay!!!
