I was crossing an intersection when another driver crashed into me. The other driver didn't yield and crashed into the right side of my vehicle. My car was spun around and was pushed onto the sidewalk. My car was really damaged, as you can tell. I had to get a tow truck to move my vehicle. I injured my leg and sprained my back. My car has been in the repair shop for a week. I have been using a rental vehicle in the meantime.

The other driver doesn't think it's his fault. He should have yielded and he was driving really fast in a residential area. The limit is 25 mph and he was easily going 40mph. Right now, I am talking with the insurance companies about the claims process and paying for the repairs and my medical bills. Your site has been very helpful thus far. Please keep up the good work.
